I've been with Taco Bell for the last three years building their Social Media, and Digital Advertising programs. I built an internal creative team that produces over 200 pieces of content over the calendar year.
I've managed agencies and partners through the creation of Television Commercials, Digital Ads, Youtube Series, and Paid Social content.
In late 2016 we began to execute a 2-year plan to launch 5 independent youtube series consisting of six-episodes each. To date we've created over 50 pieces of highly targeted youtube content and built a cult like community of fans.
I'm most proud of the teams and partners I've worked with along the way.
Anyone can buy a million views.
It's something different to build a community of fans.
TOMS is really where I cut my teeth on creating branded content.
I was in employee number 88 and was lucky enough to ride the wave of a growth and success through the early years of the company.
Adventures took me and my team around the world to dozens countries for weeks at a time.
TOMS really was a place where you got to do everything. From pitching and writing strategy, to line producing crews of 25+ in Rwanda, to solo shooting photos for weeks in Peru.
The experience at TOMS opened me up creatively and challenged my skills on the daily.
This is where I was able to learn from experience that story drives everything and how your team dictates your success.
Agency and Gigs
When I moved to LA from San Francisco I picked up freelance gigs on set and eventually got into a boutique entertainment agency as an Associate Producer. I was responsible for writing and producing television promos for Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Interactive, Capcom, Ubisoft and a handful of others.
I quickly moved up to Producer and began managing teams of editors and VFX artists.
As time went on, I wanted to challenge myself further and began taking on projects independently as a small production company. I was fortunate enough to take on projects for Skype, Smartwool, US Sailing, and Elite Daily, now owned by Daily Mail.
Many of the people who helped my strike out on my own 10 years ago still work with me on a regular basis.
